Park the Django

Beirut, September 15, 2015: Grand Cinemas, the fastest growing cinema chain in the region, and Rymco Powersports, rolled out an action-packed competition titled ‘Park the Django’ in ABC Achrafieh and ABC Dbayeh in August 2015.

The competition featured two activation booths installed at both branches, along with the all new Django scooter displayed for guests. Participants were invited to take the challenge and grab a Django miniature that was placed on the booth and park it in the most creative way.

Carly Ramia Habis, Group Head of Marketing at Salim Ramia and co, the mother company of Grand Cinemas, said, “We always aim to introduce innovative activities at Grand Cinemas’ branches, particularly the ones that are highly interactive and call on guests to take part of the holistic experience we bring. In collaboration with Rymco Powersports, we hosted a challenge that received great feedback from our guests, who continuously showed great excitement. We at Grand Cinemas always try to live by our “Always entertaining” Motto.”

Grand Cinemas later announced the two finalists of the competition, Hassan Jaber and Ghassan Ouais, who both won a Django scooter for having posted the most creative picture on Grand Cinemas’ Instagram account. In the light of the immense excitement and feedback, the competition was extended for two additional weeks, attracting more than 180 posts Instagram.
